Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping options. Available options include:

USPS Services:

  • Ground Advantage - 3-5 business days
  • Priority Mail - 1-3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days

UPS Services:

  • UPS Ground - 1-5 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air options - 1 business day

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package specifications. Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $65
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 United States and Washington D.C.
  • International shipping available to Canada - additional fees and processing time apply

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Delivery Delays: While we work with reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
